1. We are looking for well-built websites. It would be unfair for us to link our guests with websites that will blind them. Don't feel too paranoid about this, for as long as it doesn't hurt the eyes, you will be accepted.
2. Our banner must already be up. If we have difficulty finding it, we won't accept you.
3. If we are scrolling on your forum, then we will have you scrolling as well. Vice versa for static status.
